Doesnt function

My app doesnt not recognize the Sleipnir being connected, I thought maybe I needed to do an updated by Im running the newest app and most current iOS. Emailed customer support 2 weeks ago and still havent received a reply. Basically paid $60 for nothing. Wanted this to work so bad, Customer Service PLEASE CONTACT ME BACK!!!
